MiniMonos in Beta Live!!

We are now in Beta phase monkeys!! With lots of new, wicked releasements and surprises all over the Island on MiniMonos!! :D Quite a lots of things released and updates on the Island and I love the new Easter activity we are able to do! So lets get going and check all the new updates that came along with Beta live on MiniMonos!! ^^

First of all, all Top Gold Monkeys have Open Chat now! ^^

And if you go to your treehouse, all Alpha monkeys should have an 'Alpha Club' flag :D

There is also a new treehouse tool icon, which replaced the old icon of a treehouse:

There is a new design for both Top Bananas and Mini Mod Monkeys too!! Those with a Top Gold Banana memberships, would have a gold strip on each of their shoulders. :D

---

Now about the mystery Easter activities on MiniMonos we were told on Go Bananas just recently. It is an actually Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt!! :D You will need to find 5 eggs on the Island and once you find all of them, you will be able to activate a new power just for Easter!! ^.^

Once you get all 5 eggs, you will see a Chocolate Bunny in your "My Stuff" on your player card, which allows you to use the special Easter power! :)

Now here is the Easter power, which is limited again just for the holiday, and to activate it, you need to say 'Bunnies Forever'!! :D

---

Also, if you look more on your "My Stuff" and is a Top Gold Monkey, you will see "Go Bananas Globe" which allows you to have the power to say "Go Bananas" in your treehouse! Really awesome feature for us Gold Monkeys to use during parties and just fun, random times!! ^.^

---

Some more things is a new Wishing Well at the Fields with butterflies fluttering all over the place!! :D

There is also a brand new hairstyle from Carlos but you MUST be a Top Gold Monkey to get it!

And here is a picture with both powers in use! ^^

Phew! That is all the brand new things released with the live Beta on MiniMonos! I really love all of these new updates and my favorite is probably the Easter Hunt and the Easter power we are able to use! :D Lol love the colorfulness of them and lively, brightness that comes to the screen whenever the eggs rains down, hehehe. ^^

New Ideas for Moggers!

So it been awhile since Moggers were created on MiniMonos official blog, Go Bananas. It have been going fantastic and fun for everyone too! :) However, there are problems and difficulties, especially when scheduling other Moggers for the week after another week. Since MiniMonos have a hard time trying to contact everyone and get all the post right on time or a change of plan in one or more Moggers' plannings in their own life that might cause a delay in their post. So now here is what MiniMonos came up with as an idea to fix these little problems:

Hi Moggers (monkey bloggers)!

We realised that sometimes it can be hard to ask monkeys to post blogs on Go Bananas, a whole week or 2 weeks in advance.  Even though you might really want to write a blog, and say yes, sometimes you don't know what family or school commitments you have on the day of the post, and this can make it too hard to get the post to us on time.

So we have a new idea!

I'll let you know each week when the posts are due. Then you can let us know in the comments if you want to write a post on your own blog about it.  On the day, we'll pick the best post and feature it on the Go Bananas blog!

Of course if we choose your post, we will acknowledge you (heaps!) and put up a link to your site.

So this week the Go Bananas blog topics are due:

• Monkey of the Week         -- Tues, US-time on your blog
• Interview with a Monkey  -- Wed, US-time on your blog
• Top Flight scores             -- Thurs, US-time on your blog
• Top Recycle scores          -- Thurs, US-time on your blog

For Monkey of the Week let me know if you're interested in writing it and I'll tell you who it is.

Let us know if you like this new idea for mogging!

I personally thing is well thought out of and no worries about finding monkeys and lateness! :D And it would still bear fair for everyone to get a chance for their post to be on Go Bananas! ^.^ Lol and kind of a little challenge for all us moggers I think, a little more fun for everyone! :D So what do you monkeys think hmm?? Tell us and just comment below, if you liked the old ways or this way better! :)
