MiniMonos' First 50 Honor Roll Monkeys!

Kaila just recently posted about an awesome addition place on GoBanana's sidebar in Honor for the First 50 monkeys to become a Top Gold Banana monkey!! ^.^ MiniMonos are really close to reaching 50 and can't wait for it! :D Now check out the original post by Kaila:

Hi Monkeys! I hope you're having a bananalicious day! 

As you know, we've just this week introduced Top Banana Gold memberships! The monkeys who have become Gold have gotten some exciting special features -- like a gold icon next to their name and some special items for their treehouses.

And, because you play on MiniMonos, you know that MiniMonos monkeys love to have a great time, but we also love to help others and be kind to our planet! So for every six-month membership, you allow a child in India to get a week's worth of clean water, and when we reach 50 Gold monkeys, the MiniMonos community is adopting a baby orangutan for a whole year! We're pretty close, too -- only 19 monkeys to go!

That's going to be a lot of fun for all of us, because we'll be able to see pictures of the orangutan and get updates on how he or she is doing! But we also want to recognize those first 50 Gold monkeys, the ones who are making it happen.

So we're adding the MiniMonos First 50 honor roll to the blog sidebar, with the names of the first 50 monkeys to become Gold. If you're a Gold monkey and have a blog, we can also link your name to your blog. You'll also see a separate list of MiniMonos staff kids -- we thought it would be fairer for these to be listed separately from the First 50.

I can't guarantee that the First 50 honor roll will always be on the blog sidebar, because we change the site around so often! But I can guarantee that the MiniMonos First 50 honor roll will always exist on the site, because you were the very first ones to lead the way for all the other monkeys to come, and we think that's pretty special.

Of course, if you don't want your monkey name on the list, that's no problem -- just let me know and I'll make sure to take you off.

So right now we are about 19 monkeys away from reaching the First 50 or maybe even less!! :D Can't wait for all 50 and then the adoption of a baby orangutan!! ^.^
